Miss Radha Rani Mohapatra, Advocate, President of Sisu Vikas Samiti joined the Bar in 1987 and became Assistant Public Prosecutor (A.P.P.) in 1990 and continued up to 1995.Again she became an Associate Lawyer in 2000 and continued till 2010.On both the occasions she worked for Department of Law; Government of Orissa. She specialized in Criminal Law. During her tenure the conviction rate was very high. She always helps the poor women in distress and takes up any issues relating to women and children.

Mr. Shyam Sundar Madhual, Vice President of Sisu Vikas Samiti, is a Freedom Fighter, greatly influenced by Mahatma Gandhi and Acharya  Vinoba  Bhave. Being the Freedom Fighter he has not accepted the Freedom Fighters Pension from the Government in principle. Till date his body has not been influenced by changing weather. He always identifies himself with the poor. He always wears a plain Dhoti and Uttariya (scarf) on the shoulder. He was the President of Non Gazetted Health Workers Association for many years and associated with Sisu Vikas Samiti for last three years.

Mr. Naba Kishore Das, Advocate,Treasurer, of Sisu Vikas Samiti worked in different departments (Revenue, Education, and North Orissa University etc.) of Government of Orissa. After retirement from the Government service he enrolled himself as an Advocate and joined the Bar in 2006 and specializes in Revenue and land related laws. He loves Chhau Dance and associated with cultural activities as well. Mostly he helps the student in need.

Mr. Anil Kumar Behera, Advocate, joined the District Bar in 1993 and has almost 20 years of experience. He specializes in Laws related to Insurance and Taxation.He loves travelling and visited Bangkok. He loves Social Work and associated with other institutions as well. He is associated with Sisu Vikas Samiti since last couple of years.

Mrs. Sujata Das, is a Teacher in Saraswati Sisu Mandir, Baripada. She has done her Masters in Oriya Literature from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack. She is married and has a Son who is studying Science in a College. Her husband is an Advocate.

Mrs. Sonakhi Pal, is a Graduate and working for a Financial Company at Baripada. She is married and has a son who is studying in School. Her husband is also an Advocate. She takes keen interest in social welfare activities.
